Atulya is a Clinical Psychologist, registered with the Rehabilitation Council of India (RCI), having completed MPhil in Clinical Psychology from NIMHANS, Bengaluru. She is currently pursuing her doctoral studies from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS), Mumbai. She has completed her Masters and Bachelors degrees in Psychology from University of Delhi. She has previously worked as a Psychotherapist at Ambedkar University Delhi and as Senior Coach at emotional wellness startup providing digital solutions to people experiencing stress, anxiety and depression. She is trained in neuropsychological assessments and rehabilitation, psychological testing including personality and assessment of cognitive functions. She has provided psychotherapy and counselling services to children, adolescents and adults suffering from various emotional and behavioral issues. Her interests include forensic psychology, women’s emotional health, and cross-cultural psychology.
Clinical Psychologist, M. Phil
Ishhita is an RCI registered clinical psychologist, with an M. Phil. from Manipal University along with a Masters and Bachelors in Psychology from University of Delhi. She is trained to work with children, adolescents as well as adults. She has worked extensively with children of varying ages and cultural backgrounds, along with parents and has alleviated a diverse range of complaints and conditions. With her training and experience, she is equipped to deal with a variety of cases including clinical as well as interpersonal. She believes in the humanistic approach to therapy and uses an eclectic blend of therapies with her clients, with specific emphasis on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and Art Therapy. She is known to communicate effectively with patients and adapt therapeutic techniques tailored for the individuals’ needs and personality. She is also an astute trainer and has conducted workshops for parents and children alike on a wide range of topics in schools as well as the clinical setting.
Dr. Kunal Kala
Kunal is a Psychiatrist with 14 years experience. After completing MBBS from Manipal, he was in UK for 10 years during which he completed his postgraduate training in Psychiatry at the Northwestern deanery. In addition he obtained an MSc in psychiatric research at the University of Manchester and completed a functional MRI project aimed at isolating the neural basis on metacognition. He then worked in forensic psychiatry across various secure mental health settings and undertook a diploma in Mental Health Law at Northumbria university. He has a special interest in positive psychology and mindfulness and in understanding how these concepts can be best integrated in schools, workplaces and at home to help children, parents and adults be happier and more productive.
Dr. Soamya Arora
Consultant Psychologist & Mindfulness Expert
Dr. Soamya has a master’s degree in Applied Psychology and a Doctorate with specialization in mindfulness & child psychology. Besides the degree programs, she has completed an Advanced Diploma in Child Guidance Counseling from the NIPCCD (Delhi) and have undertaken a foundation course on Education of Children with Learning Disability from RCI. She has interned with VIMHANS and LNJP in Delhi. The knowledge base prepared her to work as a consultant at Umeed Child Development & Rehabilitation Center and as District Child Protection Officer. She looks at holistic mental and emotional well being of children and adolescents.
Her clinical interests include neurodevelopmental disorders and socio-emotional difficulties of children. She uses mindfulness therapy and other positive psychology approaches to assist children to have a better understanding of their emotions and experiences. She believes that every child has an innate potential to grow irrespective of their limitations. She has conducted mindfulness workshops for the school going children and adolescents to enhance their level of awareness and focus.
Divya has done her Msc in Clinical Health Psychology from University of Strathclyde, UK. She also holds a PgDip in Psychological Studies from University of Glasgow, UK.
She has worked with children for over a year and has completed certification in Motivational Interviewing accredited by NHS, UK.
She is passionate about mental health and wants to create an ecosystem where mental health can be discussed without any stigmatization. She has experience in creating learning and workshop packages for kids of different age groups. She has also worked as a career counselor where she gained experience in guiding students towards best suited career pathways.
She has completed a training program in University of Strathclyde, Scotland where she trained university students to manage stress and anxiety effectively, using CBT techniques.
She is also trained at HEG Neurofeedback and Low level laser therapy.
When not working, she enjoys reading books and playing arcade games.
Aparupa is a clinical psychologist, registered under the Rehabilitation Council of India. She received her M.Phildegree in clinical psychology and Master’s degree in Psychology from University of Calcutta. She pursued Bachelor’s degree inPsychology from Loreto College, Kolkata.
She was previously associated with Tata Medical Center, Kolkata and worked as a Clinical Psychologist in the Department of Palliative Care and Psycho- oncology following which she worked as a clinical psychologist at Mind Care Clinic, Kolkata.She is adept at dealing with several mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, adjustment difficulties, behavioural problems etc. As a trained psychotherapist, she has an inclination towards cognitive behavioural and eclectic approach. Along with psycho therapeutic interventions she is also trained at conducting psychometric assessment. Her areas of interest revolve around understanding schemas and mental illness and substance misuse.
Sneha is a counselling psychologist with a Masters in Psychology from Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Mumbai. Her specialization is in working with Children and Adolescents. She holds a Bachelors in Psychology (Hons.) from Lady Shri Ram College for Women, University of Delhi.
She was previously associated with a Delhi-based NGO called Manas Foundation, and was actively involved with implementation of various school-based mental health programmes, along with capacity building training of mental health professionals and paraprofessionals in the field. She is also trained at administering various psycho-diagnostics and psychometric assessments and conducting individual therapy sessions. Her primary interests include group work with children and adolescents, particularly in school settings.
Apart from work, she enjoys reading as and when time allows, with a steaming cup of strong coffee on the side.
