Dr (Mrs) Ravinder Kala

Psychotherapist, PhD

Dr. Kala is trained in Psychotherapy and Clinical Skills at the Psychiatry Department, P.G.I, Chandigarh, before she started working at the Psychiatry departments of Goa Medical College & C.M.C, Ludhiana. She has worked with a number of clients and her clinical skills include cognitive behaviour therapy, marriage counselling, family and child counselling and parenting workshops. She has conducted a number of workshops and Lectures in schools and colleges on Stress Management, Study Skills, Developing EQ and preventing drug use. Workshops have also been conducted with school teachers about developing skills to manage academic, behavioural & emotional problems of students besides understanding common childhood developmental disorders like dyslexia and ADHD.

Ishant Kumar

Clinical Psychologist

Mr. Ishant Kumar is a clinical psychologist in Mind Plus. He has done his M.Phil. In Clinical Psychology from National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS), Bangalore. He has also done his Advance diploma in counseling psychology from Jamia Milia Islamia, New Delhi after his post graduation (M.Sc.) in clinical psychology.

He is well versed with latest methods in psychotherapy and counseling such as MCT, EFT and mindfulness and have competencies in working with adult population struggling with drug abuse, personality disorders, anxiety related problems and family difficulties.

He has done his research in neuropsychological assessment and intervention in traumatic brain injuries and other psychiatric problems. He believes in providing a holistic environment to a client for the nurturance and well being.

Himadri Thakur

Psychologist

Having completed off her B.A (Psychology) from Govt. College for Girls, Ludhiana, she has done M.A (Psychology) from Punjab University, Chandigarh. Her recent work has included interventions such as counseling, behavior modification, cognitive therapy and medication for a variety of clientele.

Ishita Mehra

Clinical Psychologist

After completing her undergraduate studies in Psychology from Delhi University, Ishita did her post graduation in Child and Adolescent Psychology from University College London, UK.
Other than working with children and adolescents facing developmental difficulties, she is also good with diagnosing a board range of psychological disorders and providing appropriate guidance. She is a good communicator, enthusiastic, skilled and well motivated psychologist with a track record of safeguarding and promoting the welfare of patients.
